Just a reminder for every that the Avatar and ID contest is coming to a close soon, so please send in your entries if you would like to enter.  So far we have just two entries so we need lots more to be able to vote for a winner. The winning entry will be used as our official club ID and Avatar and winners will also be featured in deviants journals/shoutboards and also featured in another clubs journal aswell (see details below). A new year means exciting new things for our club and the first exciting new thing is, we want you, YES you! to design a new matching ID & Avatar for the club.

We don't care how you make them match whether it be colour, theme, pattern, city anything you want, it is after all up to YOU!

You can use any medium you like.

If you don't know how to make an avatar or you do not have the reources, please let us know and we will convert your entry into an avatar for you.


Contest open for entries:
January 12th - February 12th, 2008.

You must be a member to enter the contest.
A maximum of 1 ID and I Avatar entry per member.
The club Admins have the right to reject entries from the contest if we feel they do not fit the theme.

To enter the contest please send a NOTE with "Contest Entry" in the subject line & include a thumb of your entry(s) in the NOTE.

Please state in your NOTE if you need us to CONVERT your entry in to the correct AVATAR size.

NOTE:  Please make sure that the avatar you submit is exactly 50x50 pixels, in GIF, JPEG or PNG format, and under 15kb.

Please make sure that the ID you enter is maximim of 400x400 pixels, in GIF, JPEG or PNG format.



Voting opens:
February 13th - February 29th, 2008.

Voting is open to all MEMBERS.
Each member may vote for the entry they like most.
You may not vote for yourself.
To vote simply send a NOTE like the example given below:
Subject: Contest Vote.
Body: Entry number.
